How to delete your Minthra account
You can delete your account and everything you have logged from the app itself, in three steps and without asking us. This page explains what gets deleted, what is kept, and how long it takes.
From the app
- Open Minthra and go to Settings, the icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to Account and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. You are signed out at that moment.
What gets deleted and what is kept
Deleted
- Your profile, email and photo.
- Workouts, sets and reps.
- History, streaks and records.
- Body measurements and notes.
- Preferences and linked devices.
Kept
- Invoices and payment records, TAX RETENTION PERIOD, as the law requires.
- Technical logs with no personal data, LOG RETENTION PERIOD.
- Encrypted backups until they rotate out, BACKUP ROTATION PERIOD.
How long it takes
The account stops existing for you the moment you confirm: you cannot sign in and you cannot get the history back. Deletion on our servers and in the backups completes within DELETION PERIOD at the latest.
No longer have the app installed?
Email support@minthra.app from the address you signed up with, with "Delete account" as the subject. We verify it is you and process it within REQUEST TURNAROUND. You do not have to explain why.

Deleting the account also cancels any active Minthra subscription, but it does not cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play: that is done from your store settings.
